On completion of Basic Tasks, club officers will be able to perform the following meeting management tasks confidently in easy-Speak:

  • Create and edit the Agenda for each meeting
  • Schedule Speeches for future meetings
  • Assign roles for meetings
  • Send a series of Agenda notification emails
  • Print signup forms and agendas
  • Recording actual attendance, roles, speeches and awards
  • Use the Club Control Panel to set Locations
